Dismissal without just cause. Best to move on when work atmosphere is poisoned !
One boss handed out the paperwork 1 day shy of qualifying for E.I , I understand in Alberta.
It was a done deal and in the works and set to fly upon my return from Ottawa. Can’t say I’ll miss it, but still loved cutting up all those fractional 1/16″ of an inch to build the stairs.
When work is toxic, move on, least people will do you in, intentionally as I’ve witnessed firsthand.
This is one of the things I was expecting. Let’s see about the next one.
