For the moment, here are some preliminary details –

Once are hired, you will start proceedings against the Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, the City of Ottawa and all third parties related to it, Ottawa Housing Community.

I will fund all related ongoing costs regardless of costs indefinitely until such time as you win or my death.

Either way we will both win.

In the event of winning, 10% of proceeds will go to my son Borami Lanari(in trust), 10 % will go to my daughter Dharma Lanari(in trust), 50 % will go to you and your team of lawyers. The remaining 30 % will go to me. The 30% will be used to pursue my own personal litigation for civil damages against each and everyone personally involved in this matter. I will proceed on my own behalf as a lawyer and will fund my cases from the 30 %.

You are and will be authorized to pursue every legal avenue and leave no stone unturned until a full and clear picture of what has transpired is made public. Under no circumstances are any non-disclosure documents to be agreed to and signed. All documents legal & otherwise are to be made public to NEWS news agencies and journalist upon demand so that they may use the documentation to pursue their own work and agendas.

Furthermore, you and your teams will agree to my veto of pursuing further litigation or temporarily suspending if I deem it so necessary, due to extra-ordinary circumstances if of vital importance as to be without merit of further explanations. I’ll explain in person in our meetings.

I will be giving further instructions and directions at a later date.
