Okay in all fairness to the Ottawa Sun, and I haven’t read the article yet, just the headline. I’ve seen these types of headlines in the news elsewhere.

So, what the hell – after 8 years of Bush administration(let’s see – quick recap – Enron, Worldcom, Tech bubble bust, 911, Iraq war once again, Osama bin Laden seach, Mumbai bombings, financial meltdown…. yadda yadda yadda — > have I missed anything serious, correct me if I’m wrong, please !

Now we’re expecting Obama to walk on water, part the seas, build an ark to save everyone and come up with a miracle for the mortgage mess and countless workers out of work. Yikes if someone can do that, I want there personal telephone number to see firsthand how it’s done before I get there myself.

All because he’s black – come on shoot me in the foot to stop the Dance, please. What if, just what if it had been a women. Would she have been expected to come up and give birth to the second messiah ???

Please, get your stories straight. He’s just another man in a very important position and his hands are tied. What can you do when all you can do is try and walk a thin Baseline that’s almost the equivalent of being a lifeline between Heaven and Hell.

If criticism is warranted, then fine, dish it out. Let the man prove himself in a second election if given the chance and the people want to. I mean, Bush got it a second time and OMG you know, I wasn’t a happy camper at the way that was decided. Florida,,,, hmmmmm….. me thinks something was up there. Maybe down there… Whatever.

If the United States is to remain the primary focus of the western world, let it retrace and regain it’s references from it’s founding fathers and put it’s Gold Seal on Ethical and Moral conduct that the world will respect and want to emulate. Otherwise it’s just fantasizing about something that is already in jeopardy of falling by the wayside.

There’s always a younger generation willing to take it’s place and has been voicing itself quite loudly. China and Asian countries. Should I say more, well if the European Union gets it’s act together, it’s a possible contender. Then there’ Russia, my favorite to gamble on. There’s South American countries. Let’s not count out Africa. Black people aren’t stupid. They’ve just been taken advantage of, they’ll get their act together one day – witness gay people in the short time span of a few decades. How about aboriginal people.

And oh yeah, by the time I’m getting ready to start litigation a new breed of minority will appear on the horizon. Divorced middle aged men that have gotten fucked by the system. My promise !

BTW, I think the president is a very intelligent man and very articulate and charismatic. Beautiful wife aside. There, said it finally. Good for them, they make a great couple !

So if you make promises as the upcoming president, you have to remember how to take on a 1000 army personnel of senators each and everyone with their own agendas. Just try that with your lovely beloved partner and see how what kind of a motor mouth you’ll need to put on the mileage.
