Interesting thing that I noticed this Saturday on my way to Cash Corner. Superstition knows no bounds. Big highrise under construction for quite sometime. Hmmm, looking at the scribbled numbers of each floor and voila, to my surprise, no 13th floor written on the outside concrete floor. Count all over from the ground up and sure enough 13 is totally omitted. Of course it wasn’t a total surprise, I heard of it before, but seeing it was another matter entirely.

Anyways, let’s cut to the chase shall we ! Let’s skip 2013 entirely from out calendars just to be on the safe side. I mean if construction companies and crews think it’s a real danger mentally, psychologically then there must be some truth to it. Right. Empirical a statistical evidence aside, better safe than sorry.

So, my vote for all it’s worth is scrap 2013 calendars before they’re printed out before the masses and global population gets hysterical and things get totally insane.

Quick, stop the presses ! Now, I’m not kidding ! Print out I don’t know 2012A or something to that effect !

At least we’ll feel safer we’ve dodged another bullet from the future.
