Let me just say from personal experience as a homeowner that these tactics are also on the books and applied to taxpayers in Ottawa.  To the point of going bankrupt, even member Mr Nault in Landlord & Tenant board cautioned a tenant to wisely take my offer of compensation at the risk of losing everything in my ex-wife’s expected upcoming bankruptcy.  The writing was on the wall and he got fucked – hows that for a vindicative City moral and ethical treatment under the Canadian Charter of Rights.  Lori Reid, Brad Shear, Tony D’Angelic and last but not least of late – dear Steve Hanson (OCH).  Ottawa Hydro and Enbridge Gas are also cohorts as well as Ottawa Water.
