Let’s see if I get this straight… Correct me if I’m wrong. We can track just about anyone now using GPS and cellphones all around the world. Heck we even could track and hunt down Osama Bin Laden without a cellphone all the way to Pakistan.

Yet in about a year’s time no one can catch a murderer in Gatineau, a stone’s throw from Ottawa with RCMP resources to boot. Come on, someone wake me up please. Even in dreams idiots aren’t so stupid.
