I won’t go down the road of critizing judges here in Canada or elsewhere for that matter. They have a tough enough job of rendering difficult decisions based on differences of opinions enough as it is.
Where I will venture and opine, it is on an observed fact through my own experiences in courts – family, civil, criminal even with limited attendance and experience. I have always wanted all my life to sit through proceedings at the Supreme Court in Canada to understand what sitting judges and how they went about coming to decisions. May yet happen, I’m guessing, time will tell.
However, here is my restrainted response. Judges may or may not have all the information about a lot of the case before them when they are faced with warring parties before them. Let me add that a lot of the circumstances that have led to everyone going down the long road to the Supreme Court of Canada and even the lower ones are a combination of multiple elements and many of them so subtle in nature that even all the parties themselves are unaware of them. Push comes to shove with the right subtleties that eventually the subliminal elements have enough foothold to push parties over the edge completely.
I am lucky you could say that I have enough presence of spirit aside from myself to see all that has surrounded me even though I would discount if most of the time. That is no more the case with Conscious Awareness. Events so subtle that connections are missed entirely without understanding the whole picture. This is where the conundrum and dilemma that all judges are faced with when it boils down to rendering decisions – who’s right and wrong —– RIGHTLY OR WRONGLY —– despite the best legal experience and wisdom. Morals and Ethics fly out the window when a decision must be made in law despite best efforts to be just and equitable.
For those measured moments in time, based on a course through the historical background of a career and life, sometimes decisions cannot but be rendered based on the path of an individual that has reach a pinnacle of such importance to affect other peoples lives irrevocably and forever affecting communities close and far. All I can say in solace is that decisions are not forever, change being the agent that forever requires more and more laws on the books to answer conflicts pushed over the edge by subtle whispers.
So in my case, relying on justice will not be required fortunately – and through providence. However in the case of helping pay forward and making sure that Human Laws are applied as written and entrenched into Constitutions and on the books – you can bet your sweet behinds that is where my own Destiny lies. No more blind Justice. It will be based on Biological Destinies and Karma. I’m building the Database that will be the Mother of all Databases. Can you guess what the Marker will be – it’s of your own doing and hand – 🙂 🙂 🙂
God I Love NRGY – nothing can stop it, nothing can change it. It has a Mind and Spirit of it’s own and is it’s own Master. The Dance of Life, the Dance of NRGY. The differences compliment each other and creates all that is possible – here on Earth and in the Universe. Respect for differences everywhere is really what it’s all about at this moment in time. Nothing can stop it unless there is peace of mind within human consciousness with purpose and intention to be willful to all by all that has stood the test of time. All without force, coercion and by free will and choice. Simple, effective, just with respect to differences coming together at the right time and place.
I am, you are, we are – all of the same origin, root and NRGY – forever and forever beyond time and space. Heaven is within and all around you. Be quiet and listen to it, it will move you and you will become Masters of your own Destiny. My promise. No one can take that away from you no matter how hard they try.
