Okay been doing a lot of work on coffee and cream in the last 9 months at least – but call it an intensive boot camp 101. Now that I’m officially off that crap from Tims, let’s see how fast I can recoup my NRGY. Been overdosing on purpose to do Baselines and take up stats. Definitely, no doubt about it, there’s a difference between what’s fed to diary cows here in Alberta and Ontario/Quebec. I tasted the difference almost immediately upon my arrival here in Calgary. Would be interesting to do follow-up research on exactly what the feed and other stuff is given diary cows across the country.
A little history if you will on myself – here’s a secret that I’m finally able to confidently share without hesitation. I haven’t before until I was certain of myself and what I have to say on the subject of NRGY.
Over the course of the last 20 some plus years, I’ve been taken aback myself on a phenomena that I couldn’t quite comprehend. Startling really at first and then over time I got to appreciate it – the good and the bad experiences as learning tools and part of what makes me me. Without a doubt my sensitivity to everything and especially food is without a doubt phenomenal and astonishing even to this day. You can’t describe to people what NRGY is all about until you can experience it yourself. Finally now with words that I have used to describe Orgasms and the various types and multitudes of them, I can put words around what happens in my mouth everytime I eat/drink something. Jule the former co-owner of the Wheat Berry use to explain food Orgasms in his own way everytime he used to eat something.
Well folks, it’s true – everytime I eat and drink something – it’s instanteous – an NRGY circuit forms and voila – all of the food’s qualities are sent all over my body and to specific parts of it. Over the course of time, deciphering this information has led me to discover that I can even send that information to my brain to decode it. All of it’s qualities are immediately related back for an immediate reaction by my body.
You can just imagine with the huge amounts of food and drinks out there, no easy task to categorize and assign qualities to each and every type of food on the planet. Hence as you’ve noticed, I restrict what I eat in order to process the information and keep Baselines which I have done now for a good 20 some years.
So without hesitation, I’ve been able to take all the variables of time, season, type of food, place of origin, root NRGY, chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, etc to say exactly what it is I am eating. Now the hard part is finding out exactly what the names are and especially trace or hidden junk if you will. They are there, even the small minute amounts have an impact on my body. How can I tell you ask, very easily – I’ve been on a journey now for over 40 years to Master my own Body/Mind/Spirit. With confidence now there is no doubt that what you eat – changes you with such subtlety that it is dismissed by the masses. Food is the physical root of the body and should be considered vital as the vehicle of transforming and energizing your spirit. Care even in the smallest amounts of what is consumed is very important.
Once you are in tune with what’s what, then you can play all you want without fear of the impact of food. Now that I have gone through this cycle of on/off with coffee for the last good while – and yes there is more than meets the eye with me for sure. I’ve done lots of things with the coffee thing on purpose and with intention to get a very good handle on all of it’s various facets of effects on me.
For instance – noticed my addiction to it. Bingo I’ve used it to replace another just as “terrible” drug. Yep, I’ve love to help with the details, but for now, it’ll remain a secret. Addictions are extremely easy to beat and overcome, you just have to understand NRGY. Yikes – what confidence right – you bet you now that I’m all here finally. Thanks Calgary for your great NRGY.
For the moment, I’m playing with another type of NRGY that I am in the process of doing Baselines and using the data for my own devious purposes. Did I say I LOVE NRY- OMG it’s a blast playing with it. Best part is going with the flow and adjusting in realtime. The details are really not important, bend to the wind and let the moment take shape and discover new horizons and incredible ideas and insight. Yipppeeeeee, Yahoooooooo…… let’s ride’m cowboys and cowgirls.
So without further ado, let me just add that if you wish to stagnate, wither and eventually run out of NRGY – diary will do it without a doubt. BTW – I’ve discovered as a result the association between coffee/dairy and arthritis. Cool stuff. I’ll explain later what the process is. Off course all of this stuff is in the realm of my own subjective observations. I’ll bet you there’s already hidden stats on this stuff. Now let’s see some real scientific measurements and data made public so that people can decide for themselves.
And no, I am not singling out dairy farmers who work hard to put food on the table. Farmers are down to earth types and really all this stuff is in the hands of those who can make a difference when they know better and otherwise should be upfront. There’s no lack of scientific knowledge and know how out there. If we can build super bombs, we can get results on the stuff we eat that makes us human.
BTW I would also like to point out that coffee is probably worst than the dairy consumed by us. But hey, enough for today and enjoy your cup of tea instead.
Lastly the insane amount of coffee/dairy was an unfortunate necessary evil that I am not willing to share. I’ll maybe explain it in the future, but I am nowhere ready to do that for my own protection. If you understand NRGY you can even use “bad” foods for good purposes and intention. Enough said.
