There’s no lack of work in Calgary or Alberta for sure.  Biggest cringing problem is deciding which job to choose and where.  Makes Ontario and Ottawa look like a black hole joining Quebec into an absys.  Two founding used to be provinces almost down the gutter.

Mr. Harper you have my blessing to revamp Ottawa and the country into a global powerhouse.  Just plan ahead for the masses willing to immigrate and live out their dreams in in country called CANADA.
