I firmly believe that this institution should be investigated for offering my ex-wife a reward from the layoffs at Nortel Networks a deal to hire her in exchange for getting me charged with Domestic Assault twice in October 2008. When that failed she attempted a second time in November 2008 and almost succeeded if not for the intervention of a neutral 3rd party witness without my knowledge and knowing him. Without a doubt without this witness I would have been labeled a criminal and incarcerated and would have lost both my children as a result. Charges were never laid in her last and almost successful attempt. However I was charged by Ottawa Police Detective under Crown Attorney directions and instructions 9 months after the fact as recounted in small claims court September 2011 by my ex-wife and her lawyer. That both police officers involved with CAS at the time did not charge me or take my children from me Nov 7 2008 for Domestic Assault and uttering Death Threats is a testament to the time they took to undergo careful scrutiny of the facts at the time. I was acquitted and under instructions from my horrible Criminal Lawyer signed a peace bond 2 years later to settle the issue and shield my children from harm. The presiding Judge immediately saw through my ex-wife’s testimony of lies within a few minutes of taking the witness stand. Legal Aid did nothing whatsoever to help with my legal costs which are still unpaid and deferred until such time as I undertake legal action against all parties involved in this debacle. No wonder men lash out violently. It’s probably the only sane thing to do with such a terrible system in place with men having no place to turn in domestic disputes except Hell itself. Again children are innocent and often terribly afflicted by the horrors of such violence innocently as they bear the burden of being the victims of the war between separating spouses and the so called current systems put into place to help women and children. All hope for wonderful kids goes out right out the window in the blink of an eye. Lives changes often twisted and asked to function as normal people yet marked deeply by events and circumstances beyond control.

How do I know that Canadian Border Services made a deal with my ex-wife. Simple, in 2008 for the better part of the year, I help an RCMP officer rebuild his home in Ottawa. He worked for Border Services. In July/August 2008 just before things took a turn for the worst later that year, he told me in no uncertain terms that if I didn’t do my ex-wife in, she would. At the time it was hard to believe and I refused to go down that path for the kid’s sake. My mistake I guess. Things turned dirty a month later and I believe it was not in her character to play dirty at that level. Only outside pressure would have forced her to go down that route. I know, because it took her almost 4 hours outside our residence on Nov 7, 2008 for her to muster up the courage to stage and setup a domestic assault scene to have me charged. According to the witness she was physically hitting herself to make it look as if I had hit her. Luckily, I was on 911 talking to the operator while she was outside my apartment unit hitting herself with the witness seeing the whole thing. Hey, it’s all on record. Take it from there. I’m here if people want more answers. How many more children and corrupt CAS cases must there be before these confrontational approaches to separation and divorces stop. Answer more deaths and tragic situations I’m afraid. Time to put an end to this.
