It would really be crass of me to highlight and turn something so tragic as the past event of the last week that unfolded in Stittsville as my podium to highlight all that is wrong about Separations & Divorce here in Canada.

Having been through the Jauggernaut of the “System” personally in the form of the First Person and still having my wits about me is no less astonishing. If there’s only one piece of advice I can give to parents of kids and those comtemplating hooking up in Marriage. Save yourselves and put pen to paper and come up with a pre-nuptial. I was all against it in my naive and western illusions of “Till Death do us Part” and the Romance of having found “The One”. Other than breaking the silence of “What If !” and bringing just a moment of reality to the whole notion of “Love”, it will all but be forgotten in the mad rush of details to attend to once this important matter is taken care of. The reason I am suggesting a “PreNup” is simple. The “System” is totally fucked up and will take advantage of you at everyturn to turn parents, families and ex-spouses into basket cases. Still worst, from a government standpoint and view you are now considered to be a number in the “financial arena of valuations” and ALL THINGS are fair game to suck the life right from under your feet. No doubt in my mind, men are abused at this stage and taken advantage of by authorities, laws, lawyers, financial institutions and instruments, the way the law is crafted and imposed in the family law, bankruptcy system and last but not least criminal justice applied and men labelled as the typical violent offender. There is no doubt in my mind that once reality sets in, in a separation and divorce case, all types of scenarios becomes par for the course and nightmares of what’s to come flash through everyone’s minds. Common sense flies out the window only to be replaced by escalating brinkmanship to the nth order of who will win and take the golden goose. Never mind children – I’ve been told in no uncertain terms. Protect myself and to hell with the kids. In my opinion the very system that is telling us that it’s not OK for kids to be bullied in school, uses them as instruments to bash ex-spouses one against the other. However the kicker here is that once kids are involved, every other Think Tank in the country thinks it has a right to intervene and dictate terms and conditions to make sure that they’re ok. The conflict between who to take care of first becomes epic and monumental from the perspective of who to put first. Ha – mocking me you say. What an idiot! How can I think of myself when kids are involved. Well I did just that. I decided to put my kids first and was bullied, harassed, intimidated, abused, threatened, invasion of privacy, my Rights under the Canadian Constitution shred to pieces and lied, betrayed and family used against me. Been there, done that! Now I know that the “System” that tries to protect kids first – CAS and social agencies like Social Housing OCH only pays lip service and is really an afront to all human diginity. The fact that these organizations were unable to do anything at all to prevent a tragedy like this past week is now clear as a bell. They would rather intimidate and bully with the help of twisted authorities those vulnerable enough to succumb to the pressures of their tactics. Enough I could rant endlessly about what wrong with the “System” and still find no end.

What must CHANGE in separations and divorce cases is clear. I have been vocal about it since my own process began. Freeze financial assets, put kids first and foremost to shield them from the discord and insure that their sanity, health and spirits of wonder and innocence of the world is not violated AND ONLY THEN should financial matters take center stage towards resolutions. AT NO TIME SHOULD CHILDREN BE USED AS INSTRUMENTS OF BLACKMAIL and BULLYING to the benefit one party. AND THAT INCLUDES ALL OTHER OUTSIDE PARTIES !

Now let me be CRYSTAL CLEAR on this subject – you will change this system. Because if you don’t I will ram it down your THROATS and up your ASSES sideways till Kingdom Comes. Is that clear enough for you ~!

Good God it’s about time a DOG comes up with a reasonable solution to this mess that we’re all in. Men stand your ground, refuse to be bashed and sent to hell. Women, demand the right to protection from a BASTARD of a “SYSTEM” that till it changes will make men fear the worst and lash out at you. Women are still no out of the woods once the “System” kicks in to help you. Behind the scenes, institutions like the CAS will abuse you and kill your spirits. Refuse to be told what is right or wrong for you. The social workers and lawyers of these institutions all think because of their labels and degrees that they know better. Yet they are the first in bed and in cahoots with every type of “John” that has another label called “Authorities”. And trust me they will do anything to demean and lower you into submission. Trust your instincts and intuition, for they are more formidable and faster than the snails pace of so called justice.

I can speak with 1 Voice, 1 Mind & 1 Spirit because I have been to Hell and am back in 1 Whole Piece. I am fighting and Pissed off mad as Hell and there will be accounting to do – MY promise – buy Adult Diaper stock cause there will be profit to be made. Trust me when I say that my need for friends has come and gone. I’m a True Free Spirit and will use my political muscle to Voice My Conscious Choices to determine my own Destiny.
