Deepak Chopra: A seismic shift from paper to pixels
Deepak Chopra sighs wistfully as he walks through the grand lobby of the Royal Ontario Museum……
“By any definition museums should be obsolete by now because of things like 3-D television and the Internet,” he says. “Yet here you see a museum going through a major renaissance. What is it that keeps certain institutions relevant? That is the most fascinating thing that attracted me to this opportunity.”
People are the answer – People in the last few years have come to realize that Change is the Order of the Day. Whether they like it or not, they are imbracing it like never before, for better or worst.
If any Organization wants to survive now, it must truly embrace change and run, not walk with it. Let people have their say about how to go about change, for now they are becoming and the next generation will be the hallmarks of our Conscious Choices surrounding it. If a new human age is ever to evolve into going to the stars then it must start with giving people the Choice to Choose. We are all on the same boat presently called Planet Earth. Fix a solid anchor and test out Spiraling scenarios as to which better fits the bill at the time of need. Don’t fixate on Dogma, but rather flexibility, adaptability and humility to accept change from the bottom Up. Simple change can have profound impact when used wisely and implemented with compassion.
